no fail peanut butter coco fudge! 1 cup (2 sticks) butter 1¼ cup peanut butter (we prefer chunky) 3 tablespoons baking cocoa 1 teaspoon vanilla 3½ cups powdered sugar, sifted In a large sauce pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add peanut butter and stir until well combined. Remove from heat. Stir in cocoa and vanilla. Stir in sifted powdered sugar. Spread mixture into a buttered 8×8 pan. Refrigerate a couple hours until set. Cut into 1 inch squares. Store in an airtight container.
