You can replace the xg with psyllium husks. This is a similar recipe I found online... * 3 cups quinoa flour * 2 tsp baking powder * 1 tsp salt * 4 tbls coconut oil * 2 cups of warm water * 6 tbls psyllium husks * Small amount of coconut oil to cook the tortillas in the pan.
