mushroom pizzas - 4 tomatoes, 4 portobello mushrooms, 4 cloves garlic, lemon, 1 leek, 1 onion, basil, parmigiano cheese, olive oil, salt. Heat 2 tbs olive oil. Chop onion cook til slightly brown.
