scrapbook: start to finish (in an hour!)

Tutorial on how to turn a lowly composition book into a thick and unique journal.
LOVE this simple idea... Way easier than scrapbooking!!!
Messy journaling is my kind of journaling. Check out these notebooks by "Smash". This makes it so easy to capture every day moments. All those little notes, cards, tickets that we can not get rid off now can be preserved! I am doing it!
Adding doors to your pages
Try as we might to remember the names of cool shops, mind-blowing restaurants, and random excursions we took, our little brains fall short at remembering specifics without some help. Having a travel journal with a pocket for storing pamphlets, menus, and business cards is a great way to keep the memories alive and accounted for long after you're back to the daily grind.
Inspired by vintage magazines and sewing patterns, this sweet collection transports you to a garden party, complete with strawberries and cupcakes. Pretty party is perfect for birthdays, everyday celebrations — any reason for little girls to dress up in pink. Or my daughter's favorite type of party ... a tea party. Whatever your reason may be to clebrate, go ahead and make it pretty.
Fun use of PaperTrey products
Gratitude Journal ~ at the beginning of November each girl made their own Gratitude Journal. We put a sticker of each letter of the alphabet on a page and challanged them to write down at least 1 thing they were grateful for that started with that letter. We then talked about things & people we are thankful for. Each girl chose one person that they were thankful for and wrote them a letter.
love this album idea!
