Fit and Healthy with Debbie: Banana Oatmeal Breakfast muffins, these are great - even my husband liked them 2.5 cups old fashioned oats 1 cup plain low fat greek yogurt 2 eggs 1/2 cup honey(sugar) 2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp vanilla 2 ripe bananas bake in greased muffins tins for 18-20 mins
Oatmeal Recipe: 1 cup steel cut oats, 4 cups water, 2 tbsp agave nectar, 2 tbsp ground flax seeds, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1/2 cup fruit. boil water add oats, and seeds simmer for 20 minutes or until thick add agave nectar then scoop into jars. I put 1/2 c oats, 1/2 c frozen cherries or blueberries. Put a lid on it and it is ready for a snack when you are. great for a fast breakfast. This makes 7 half pint jars.
