I like to tell myself this....and then I think about how big of a difference one run will make/not make...then I eat some food.

#fitness pretty excited to start the running section of my weight-loss this week after 4 months of tennis, hiking, walking, jump rope and yoga. Time to keep losing and get hard core. After all, Running is cheaper than therapy.
