Asolo Table- Angelo Mangiarotti (1923-2012). One of the most important innovations of Mangiarotti are the gravity tables, where the stone elements are interlocking just by gravity. Mangiarotti created more than one line based on this concept including the Asolo, the Eros and the Incas. The Asolo used mainly black granite and were manufactured by Skipper and later by Cappellini and is now out of production. The striking simplicity of this table makes of it a stunning example of minimalist design.
