If you haven't had a basic taco in a while, it's time to revisit the original. Remember the spicy beef mixture in a crisp taco shell topped with lettuce, cheese, and tomato? It's still as tasty as ever. You may also use soft shells instead of the crispy ones - that is my preference!

Moscato Poached Pears 1 bottle sweet dessert wine 1 c H2O 1/2 c honey 6 firm pears Place all in pot and bring to boil. Simmer for 15 mins Spoon hot liquid over pears from time to time. Place pears on a tray and put under broiler for few secs, for color. Pour remaining liquid over the pears to serve.
