Piña colada smoothie.. This recipe is sooooo high in calories it's crazy!! The coconut milk alone is 1104 calories!!! Yikes!! I used almond milk 1 cup 60 calories big difference huh? I added chia seeds and 1 scoop of a vanilla protein shake and 1 teaspoon organic shredded coconut 1/2 cup of spinach.Came out great and mine was 397 calories compared to 1,267!!! Hope you enjoy!!!
