Crockpot BEST EVER Beef Stew - Seriously! Who doesn't like a hearty bowl of beef stew when the snow is falling outside?
Cranberry Dip - So simple to make and excellent combination of flavors. I served this with mini pretzels but people were grabbing crackers because they said they wanted to be able to scoop up as much as possible!! The color of this dip is very festive and would make a nice addition to any snack or appetizer table at your next holiday party
Bacon & Butternut Squash Soup / I just made this for our lunch today as I had roasted squash and pumpkin in the freezer. It is very good. I did slightly adjust it by adding coconut milk instead of evap and I put a squeeze of lemon which really helped to freshen it and cut the fat. I will definitely repeat this one.
The combination of peanut butter, soy sauce, red pepper and brown sugar makes this dish Thai. The grilled chicken, coleslaw mix and chopped peanuts makes it absolutely delicious...and it's ready in just 30 minutes.
