    Who needs a birthday cake when you can have Birthday pudding! Combine very ripe bananas, dates (soaked dates), and 1 fennel bulb in a food processor and pulse into a chunky pudding-like consistency. You may need to add a bit of the date socking water to get the blade going. Another great option is to use a bit of fresh squeezed apple juice. Spoon your pudding into a bowl, top with a lighted candle, and WOW the B-day King or Queen:)

    To make these creamy noodles, use a spiral slicer to make Zucchini noodles, and blend: 1.5 cups Fresh Raw Peas, 1/2 to 1 Avocado, the juice of 1 Lemon, about 1/2 of a Zucchini, lots of Fresh Basil and Chives, and Fresh Mint. (measurements approximate). Mix the sauce with the noodles and throw in some Fresh Peas and Spinach. Enjoy!

    Cut Kale into very small pieces and massage Kale with juice of a lemon and some sea salt. Let sit Cut up veggies: yellow bell pepper, cucumber, celery Cut up Strawberries Mix well and enjoy! Ohhhh its sooo good!

    You need: zucchini, red bell pepper, SUPER sweet tomato or cherry tomatoes, celery, dill, cilantro. lime or LEMOOON :D and for surprise you need super ripe and juicy mango. First: chop a mango and place it in the bottom of a bowl (form it in a pile). Then shave zucchini, chop bell pepper, celery and tomatoes. Put it in another bowl, add choped dill and cilantro and mix everything together (don't be affraid to make a mess and get your hands dirty ;) Put the salad over chopped mango and squeeze lime or lemon on top (I usually use both). And finally serve - as soon as one finish his dinner, gets a dessert ;D You can make another dressing...for example: oranges, bell pepper and cilantro(use blender), but I prefer savory variation, cauze sweet mango is waiting for me xD

    Recipe Description => The secret to this recipe is to slice the kale thinly and massage it. 2 bunches Kale, Tab fresh lemon juice, 1/4 cup pecans 1/4 cup raisins soaked 10 min, Remove stems from kale and roll a few leaves at a time like a cigar, slice thinly. Place in a large bowl. Pour oil, lemon, and salt over kale. Massage for a few minutes, which helps to soften the kale. Now add raisins and nuts. I love this salad I can eat it breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The salt and sweet are perfect together.

    Recipe Description => What You Need: * 3 Frozen Bananas * 1/2 Cup Frozen Strawberries * Blender * Patience What To Do: 1. Break Bananas apart a bit. 2. Put Bananas and Strawberries into blender, allow to "warm up" for a good 10-15 minutes. 3. Pulse. 4. Move things around a bit with a spoon. 5. Pulse some more. 6. Repeat until smooth and creamy. If you have a high powered blender, this should take no time at all. If, however, you are like myself and have a cheap $15 Walmart blender.... then this will take some elbow grease and patience. This will also work with a Yonanas machine! Have fun, enjoy and stay Fruity!!!!

    What To Do: 1. Chop everything but the lime and place in a giant bowl together. 2. Squeeze fresh lime on top. 3. Mix thoroughly with hands, ensuring to get messy. 4. Grab a spoon, sit down in the sun... and enjoy!!!! You can eat as is OR (what I love to do) spoon the mixture into some of your favorite greens and devour! Can also be blended until smooth and poured atop a bed of freshly spiralized Zucchini noodles! Mmmmmmmm HEAVEN! ♥ ♥ ♥

    * 3 Frozen Bananas * 1/4 Chocolate Sapote Frozen * Blender * Biceps What To Do: 1. Break Bananas and Sapote apart a bit. 2. Put into blender and allow to "warm up" for a good 10-15 minutes. 3. Pulse. 4. With a spoon, move things around. 5. Pulse some more. 6. Keep this up until it's smooth. If you have a high powered blender then it should take no time at all! Especially if you have a tamper. For those who do not have a spiffy blender. Some elbow grease and patience is very much required! But it is oooohhhh so worth it!!!!!!!

    That's a good question. In Monterrey Mexico they sell them like that. I wish I had a meat slicer too. I could do also beet carpaccio. But anyway my meat eating family absolutely LOVED this rolls, and me too I ate them for a few days in a row.

    1 Pineapple 1 Onion 1 Green Onion 1 juice of a Lime 1 clove of garlic (or more to taste) 1 Jalapeno (with or without seeds pending level of heat desired) 1 Starfruit 1 handful from a Bunch of Cilantro (more or less to your taste) Chop all the items to your preference from chunky (with knife) to smooth (if you want to use a food processor or blender). I like to eat this salsa with 2" bites of celery.

    Recipe Description => 1 head cauliflower, 5 cups processed into the rice sizes ½ cup almond butter 1 ½ - 2 Tbsp lemon juice 1 bell pepper, julienned 1 cucumber, julienned Slices of cucumbers, carrots, ripe bell peppers 1. In food processor process cauliflower into rice-size pieces. 2. Place in mixing bowl, than add lemon juice and almond butter and mix well. 3. Use 1/3 cup "rice" for each nori sheet to roll in to the regular nori rolls. 4. Cut into 8 pieces each nori roll. 5. Use the skewer to make kebab with slices of cucumbers, carrots, red bell peppers or any other vegetables. Makes nori 10 rolls (80 pieces)

    2 zucchini, chopped into cubes; For pasta: 1/4 cup sunflower seeds 1/4 cup orange juice 50g parsley and some sundried tomatoes to garnish. Mix in foodprocesor all ingredients for pasta. Mix it in bowl with zucchini. On top put some sundried tomatoes. ENJOY:)

    Very simple, but totally delicious 3 ingredient salad. 4 to 8 Medium earns of corn, 1-2 cups of corn and juice of 1 lime. Cut the corn off the cob, fine chop dill and dress with lime juice. Ready to eat right away. Also is great with some red bell pepper added, but simply delicious just as it is. Enjoy!

    Toss anything you want in the salad, I just used lettuce, tomato, cucumbers, celery, corn, and peppers. For the tomato sauce: 1/4 sun-dried tomato soaked, one green onion, handful cherry tomatoes, half a pepper,half a head of corn, two medium carrots (thickens it), 4 basil leaves, half a lemon. For the avocado pesto: 1/2 avocado (more if you want), half a clove of garlic, 4 basil leaves, a little green onion, and lemon to taste. Thats all for deliciousness! :)
