Arepas. One of our all time favorite meals, from Venezuela. A lady from my work put me on to this. A must for anybody eating gluten free. Try filling with chicken salad (reina pepiada), seasoned ground beef, ham and cheese, sweet corn, anything you could want. Experiment and little and enjoy yourself.
