I Swear By Epsom Salts. Everyday I workout I soak in a Epsom Bath. Other than a really fantastic massage I can't think of anything that offers real relief for aching muscles and gets you on the road to recovery so fast. They are cheap and you can get them just about anywhere. Also, most drugstores now carry them in nice scents like eucalyptus and lavender- ahhhh.

Amazing: Grind a handful of rice until u get a fine but coarse flour. Add a few spoons of raw honey to the mixture along with enough apple cider vinegar to obtain a thick paste. If the cracks are very deep, add a spoon of olive oil. Soak feet for 20 minutes & gently massage with this paste. Feels like I just got a pedicure!! Works for smooth hands too! :)
