Also, I poured in a bit of cooking wine and some Italian seasoning. Success. And definitely worth doing again. And either way, still a small enough amount of sweet per serving to make this all a better lo-carb option than a store bought BBQ sauce -- serving 4 at 5 points each (I'm guessing for Weight Watchers?-). Pumpkin Muffins There's only two ingredients. That's right, just the cake mix and the pumpkin (15 oz.). No oil, no eggs, no water, nothing else.
