As usual, I didn't get to try this recipe until the next day, reheated as leftover, but even so I can tell why the family was raving. For the pork I used a thicker cut and panko instead of flour but that was the only adjustment I made. The kids thought the best part was the homemade apple sauce though, which was super easy in the crock pot. Try this one!
