Buttermilk Chicken Caesar Salad Recipe
CORN DOG MUFFINS -makes 24 1 cup cornmeal 1 cup whole wheat flour 1 t. baking powder 1 t. salt 2 eggs 2 T. honey ¼ cup melted butter 1 cup buttermilk 8 hotdogs Stir together dry ingredients. Add eggs, honey, butter and buttermilk. Stir until just mixed. Spoon batter into 12 muffin baking cups. Place third of a hot dog in each cup. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
! Dump 1 envelope of taco seasoning, 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts & a jar of salsa in the crockpot, stir and cook on high(4-6 hrs.) or low(6-8 hrs.) Should be able to shred with a fork. Place meat mixture in tortillas and top with your favorite toppings!
