Coney Island Infant Incubators. Dr. Martin Couney invented the infant incubator funded his endeavor by charging admission, as a sideshow. He had his attraction in Luna Park from 1903 to 1943 and another in Dreamland from 1904 until the dreamland fire in 1911. He is accredited for saving 6500 premature babies. Infant Incubators were not accepted by hospitals until the 1930s

Jen took her son's drawings, blew them up in Photoshop, printed them in larger sizes, TRACED THEM ONTO FABRIC, and turned them into a duvet for his bed. GENIUS! (Read this on the Young House Love blog.) I would LOVE to do this with my own sketches or someone close to me.
