INGREDIENTS: 1 cup rolled oats, 1 cup almond milk, 1 banana, 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries, 1 tsp honey 45 ice cubes (if using fresh blueberries) INSTRUCTIONS: Place the oats in a blender and blend for 12 minutes until they are ground into a fine powder. Add the rest of the ingredients, blend, and enjoy! Makes 4 servings.
