Kathy’s lean tips: 1) Have an apple a day. 2) Put flax on it. 3) Eat a superfood (blueberries, chia seeds & kale). 4) Eliminate cheese made from cow’s or goat’s milk. Dairy products hinder weight loss. Instead, have a plant-based cheese, like nuts, soy, or tapioca. 5) Back away from sugar cuz it adds lbs to the hips (if need extra sweetness, try alternatives like stevia or agave).
