Viaduct's latest exhibition, Show 4 - Food for Thought, will look at the relationship between food and design. Viaduct's founder, James Mair, has challenged his community of local Clerkenwell chefs to devise a menu according to each of the fifteen chair designs he has selected. The chefs include Fergus Henderson, St.John; Sam Clark, Moro; Michael Belben, The Eagle. Each chef devised a menu for each chair and independently of each other.
