S'ghetti Corn- your new favorite summer bbq side dish Preheat oven to 350 Mix 1 can drained corn, 1 can creamed corn, 1 cup mozz cheese, 1 cup chopped onion and 1 stick melted butter. Bake in 8x8 pan for 40 min. Enjoy!

MEN LOVE IT SALAD 1 head lettuce, bite size pieces 1 medium onion, diced fine 1 head cauliflower, chopped fine 1 lb. bacon, crisp and crumbled 1/2 Cup grated Parmesan cheese 2 Cups mayonnaise 1/2 Cup sugar

Bake avocados at 450F for 5 minutes. Filling is a mixture of salsa/tomatoes, cheese, bread crumbs, basil, garlic, lemon, salt and pepper.

This is our favorite way to eat broccoli of all time! My husband says he would rather eat this than fries. I put a few Tbsp of olive oil in a ziploc with some salt and pepper and the broccoli and shake. Then spread on a cookie sheet and spread minced garlic over it and roast at 425 deg F for 20-25 minutes.

Cheesy Mexican Rice--I have been looking for a recipe like this. Sounds yummy.
