Ideal Protein Restricted Mini Muffins with no calorie apple butter. This is ONE serving. Ground IP cereal flakes in blender to flour consistency, add 1/4tsp cinam., 1 tsp vanilla, 1/2 cup liquid eggs, 1/4 tsp. baking powder. bake 350 for 12 to 15 mins. Makes 5 yummy mini muffins. serve with walden farms apple butter.
