Homemade Sugar Scrub
I started doing this and will never stop! My tub & shower are always spotless-so simple. Simple shower and tub cleaner: fill wand half and half. Wet surface and scrub. wow! leave in shower & wash while you are already in there
Genius!! -For the Christmas tree- Glue 2 mini mirrors, back to back and insert a silver metallic cord for hanging. Fill the insides of the tree with these after putting on the lights, but before putting on the ornaments. The sparkle will be tripled.
Homemade Ice packs: 1 part rubbing alcohol to 3 parts water, gets really cold, but never hardens so you can manipulate it. every athlete should pin this!
Glass vases with white or ivory candles are ideal for any time of year. Fill with small pumpkins for Thanksgiving, red berries or tree cuttings for Christmas, Lilies for Easter, and so on. I have large lanterns on our front porch and change the contents and candles seasonally. It is a simple idea, but everyone loves it. People think you worked for hours, and really it is so simple.
lovely from Sept through Thanksgiving!
I can't wait to entertain one day. lovely 4th of july idea.
It's beginning to look a lot like Easter....pretty centerpiece !
Beautiful mosaic bathroom tile.
To add to the excitement for the kids, sneak outside and ring jingle bells on Christmas Eve. They may just think it's Jolly Old St. Nick!

Inexpensive Christmas Gift. Votive candle holders made with $ tree vases, and printed vellum pictures, wrapped around outside of vase. Printed pictures on Vellum from Michael's, let ink dry, then cut to size. I used double sided tape to secure to vase.
