Ricki Heller's Carob Brownies (with Allergic Solution baking mix): Place 1 full bag of Carob Cake Mix in a bowl. In a small bowl whisk together ¼ c. smooth (unsweetened) sunflower sd. butter, ¼ c. melted coconut oil, ¾ c. unsweetened almond milk, 2 t. pure vanilla, 6 T coconut sugar and ¼ c. coconut nectar. Pour the liquid mix over the dry and stir by hand, then stir in ½ c. unsweetened carob chips. Spread in an 8x8 inch pan & bake at 350 F for 25 min. till still moist but not wet in the middle.
