My Daily Workouts and Challenges

This board is dedicated to the workouts and challenges I do on a daily basis, both eating and exercise on my journey to a fitter, healthier me. (Yes I actually do many of the workouts I post). 4/19/14: 3 mile run+ 2 mile treadmill hill climb + 100 squats

4/15/14: 2.8 mile treadmill workout + 22 squats

4/12/14: interval treadmill workout + 12 alternating shoulder presses

4/8/14: Clutch Cut Cardio plus Abs - 5 min warmup, 1 min walk, 30 sec jog, 1 min run x 10

3/24/14: 4 mile run + 40 curtsy lunges

3/22/14: 4.1 mile run + Burn Circuit 3

3/20/14: Chalean + Cathe YogaMax + green smoothie for breakfast

3/17/14: 4 miles + 32 curtsy squats

3/19:14: birthday workout

3/15:14: burn circuit 3 + 2 miles on treadmill

3/14/14: 3.14 mile run + 28 curtsy lunges
