german potato salad - I just made this and it is excellent. As usual, I tweeked it a bit. I added some chopped turnips in with the potato. I added a little chopped cilantro and fresh parsley. AND, I cut up a couple hot dogs into small cubes, sauteed them briefly in molasses and added them in to make it a main dish.
