asiago mashed potatoes and broccoli. tried this and it turned out really good. we used golden potatoes and they seem to have had more water retention because the mixture was a lot thinner then the picture in the end. we also used the food processor so that may have contributed. at the end we tossed in the oven with extra cheese on top and were very happy with the results!
