Sometimes I don't want to exercise. Sometimes I don't want to eat well. However, I know when I don't exercise I am hungry, tired, sad &/or irritable all day. I know that when I don't eat well I get tired, nasty, migrainy, sick & depressed. Knowing these things about myself keeps me disciplined. It's worth it! Know what YOU need & stick with it!
