Thanksgiving turkey cheeseball - my inspiration for the tail. I used pretzel sticks and Wheat Thin sticks. Cheese ball - 8 oz cream cheese, 2 Tbsp onion, 8 oz sharp cheddar, 1 Tbsp worcesteshire sauce, whirl it all in food processor. Add half can green chiles. Chill. Roll into ball, roll in chopped pecans. Decorate.
