Gotham from Liquor.com. 1.5 oz Hangar One Straight Vodka 1.5 oz Cocchi Americano Rosa .25 oz Ramazzotti Amaro 2 dashes Orange bitters

Citrus-twisted Bloody Mary.

Cucumber Lime Cocktail

“Alameda Aperitif”  1 oz Hangar 1 Straight Vodka 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice 1 oz Unti Rose  ½ oz Bianco Vermouth 1 oz seltzer water   Build over ice in wine glass.

“Brunch Cup”   This is a great drink any time of day.   1 oz Hangar 1 Straight Vodka 2 oz house vermouths (a blend of red and white wine macerated with herbs and citrus rinds) ¾ oz lemon juice 3 slices English cucumber ¾ oz spicy ginger syrup* 1.5 oz seltzer Mint sprig garnish   Muddle lemon and cucumber. Add ingredients and shake. Strain over ice and top with soda and mint garnish  *Ginger syrup is cold-pressed ginger juice blended with 2 to 1 simple syrup.

“Thai Cooler” 2 oz Hangar 1 Kaffir Lime Vodka Lemongrass and basil (2-3 leaves each) ½ oz simple syrup ¾ oz lime juice 3 dashes galangal tincture* Kaffir lime leaf garnish   Lightly muddle lemongrass, herbs, and simple syrup. Add remaining ingredients and shake vigorously. Strain over fresh ice and garnish with kaffir lime or thin lime wheel. *To make galangal tincture, combine fresh pressed blue ginger juice with 1 shot vodka

“Mandarin Fizz” 2 oz Hangar 1 Mandarin Blossom Vodka ½ oz simple syrup ¼ oz lemon juice ½ oz lime juice 1 egg white ¾ oz cream 1 dash rose water Top with seltzer   Vigorously dry shake (shake with no ice) all ingredients except seltzer for 1 minute to aerate the drink. Then add ice and shake again for 30 seconds. Strain into a collins glass and top with seltzer.

“Beetlejuice” way A farm-to-table Bloody Mary interpretation by Ian Adams   1½ oz Hangar 1 Straight Vodka 1½ oz fresh tomato juice ¾ oz fresh beet juice ¼ oz sesame oil ¼ oz red wine vinegar ½ tsp salt ½ tsp pepper 1 tsp creme fraiche   Combine vodka, tomato juice, beet juice, sesame oil, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper in a shaker filled with ice. Shake well and pour into a tall glass filled with ice. Garnish with crème fraiche.

“Lavender Enlightenment” 2 oz Hangar 1 Buddha’s Hand Citron Vodka ¾ oz lavender honey syrup* ¾ oz lemon bianco vermouth Garnish with fresh lavender   Method: Shake vigorously and strain over fresh ice. Garnish with fresh lavender or pinch of lavender salt (seasonal). * To make lavender honey syrup, combine equal parts lavender honey and hot water.

Stir things up with this smooth variation by Natasha David. -- After Dark -- 1 ½ oz Hangar 1 Straight Vodka 1 ½ oz Dolin Blanc Vermouth ½ oz Clear Creek Distillery Pear Eau de Vie 1 Dash Absinthe -- Stir over ice and strain into a coupe. Garnish with a floating cucumber slice.

Gotham by Julie Reiner: 1 ½ oz Hangar 1 Straight Vodka 1 ½ oz Cocchi Americano Rosa ¼ oz Ramazzotti Amaro 2 dashes orange bitters - Stir over ice and strain into coupe glass.

The Skinny Bean by Pam Wiznitzer: 1 ½ oz Hangar 1 Straight Vodka 2 ½ oz iced coffee 1 oz unsweetened almond milk 1 packet Nectresse sweetener 2 drops vanilla extract 2 drops hazelnut extract - Combine ingredients in a shaker. Shake and strain into a highball glass with a straw.

The Left Coast by Caitlin Laman: 1 ½ oz Hangar 1 Straight Vodka ¾ oz Cappelletti Aperitivo ¾ oz lemon juice ½ oz Small Hand Foods Pineapple Gum Syrup 1 barspoon rich simple syrup (2:1) Fresh strawberries Mint   - Build in a highball glass. Muddle fresh strawberries and mint, add ice, top with soda water.

Golden Bear Punch by Lacy Hawkins: 1 ½ oz Hangar 1 Straight Vodka 1 oz Cocchi Barolo Chinato ½ oz verjus ½ oz lime juice ½ oz honey syrup (2:1) - Quick shaken with a cucumber slice, poured over a giant ice cube in a punch cup. Top with 1 oz bubbles. (Quantities scaled for one cocktail)

Dawn's Early Light by Jane Elkins: 2 oz Hangar 1 Straight Vodka ¾ lemon, sliced 2 tbsp apricot preserves - Combine ingredients in small, airtight container, such as a jam jar. Muddle ingredients with wooden spoon. Add ice. Shake for 20 seconds to chill. Top with a splash of club soda
