Take 6" styrofoam balls and cover them with fabric tied at the bottom with string for the balloon, then stick a gold pencil into the ball and hot glue it in to make a 'lollipop'. Hot glue the other end of the pencil to the center of a little cardboard container or box (found at the craft store) to make the baskets. Use hot glue to attach string to the baskets and gold brads to stick it into the balls for the ropes. Once the balloons are assembled decorate with ribbons, gems & stickers.
