30 Day Challenge-- No chips, sodas(diet or regular), chocolate, candy, white breads, cookies or biscuits, fast food, and cakes, pastries and muffins. I wonder if I could do it? My weak points would be my cream soda(1/day or less), donuts(once a week), and the little candy snacks I let myself eat a serving or less of now and then.
