Comfort Food For The Fam

Honey & Soy Baked Chicken Thighs. Mix 3 TBS olive oil, 3 TBS soy sauce, 5 TBS honey, 4 cloves minced garlic, 1/2 tsp ground ginger in ziploc bag. Add 3 lbs bone-in chicken thighs and salt and pepper. Marinate in the refrigerator overnight or a few hours. Bake at 425 for 25 minutes skin side up, turn and cook 15 more minutes, then turn and cook another 10.

apparently this is so addicting (baked sweet and sour chicken). everyone loves it! 7 pts (probably less because you don't use all the corn starch and egg) ***I HAVE MADE THIS THE LAST 2 NIGHTS FOR DINNER!! PROBABLY THE BEST THING I HAVE MADE OFF OF PINTEREST!**
