I LOVE this. I always have to convince myself that even though I don't run very fast, I still run a whole lot more than most people. A woman at the last Marine Corps Marathon ran with me for a few miles and she was big on "if you run, you are a runner". Motivation to keep going. 1/2 marathon in 2 months, MCM 2013 in 7.

What are your reasons. Who do they beneift? It the answer is something other that for yourself, then i think it's time that you re-evaluate what you want out of being fit. Don't think of it as being selfish. Think of it as a way to inspire. By dedicating fitness to yourself it can open doors for others to see the capabilities that they may possess themselves.
