Krispy Kreme Muffins- these things tasted nothing like Krispy Kreme. At least mine didn't. But my GOODNESS they were good!!! I had to sub the eggs with applesauce because we were out, but still amazing and frankly, I think it made them way more moist then they would have been. Love. Will definitely make again. Really easy/simple, too.

Pumpkin Muffins - only 2 ingredients. Just cake mix & pumpkin. No oil, no eggs, no water, etc. Bake at 350 for 20-25 mins. This is a Weight Watchers treat, very low cal.
Banana Bread Protein Muffins: Ingredients: 1 small banana 3/4 cup egg whites 1/2 cup plain low fat greek yogurt 3/4 cup oats 2 scoops vanilla protein powder 1/2 cup sweetener of choice 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp cinnamon Method: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degree.. 2. Place all of the ingredients in a blender, (or food processor), and blend until mixture is smooth. 3. Divide mixture evenly between 12 muffin tins. Bake for 15-18 minutes. Smelled great but zero taste :(
