...Hear Me Roar!
The deepest level of worship is praising God in spite of the pain, thanking God during the trials, trusting him when we're tempted to lose hope and loving him when he seems so distant and far away. At my lowest, God is my hope. At my darkest, God is my light. At my weakest, God is my strength. At my saddest, God is my comforter.
Hey Soul? "God assured us, 'I’ll never let you down, never walk off & leave you,' [So] we can boldly quote, 'God is there, ready to help; *I’m fearless no matter what.* Who or what can get to me?' " Heb13:5-6MSG Who would you be & what would you do If you knew no fear at all? Do just one thing today that inches closer t o t h a t. #PreachingGospeltoMyself #AnnVoskamp
"I felt fear myself more times than I can remember, but I hid it behind a mask of boldness. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers fear." —Nelson Mandela
Be unapologetically yourself..the true essence of beauty.
Wow... this is so very beautiful.
"For whoever wishes to save his life will lose it; but whoever loses his life for My sake will find it." Matthew 16:25
"Let us not glide through this world and then slip quietly into heaven, without having blown the trumpet loud and long for our Redeemer, Jesus Christ. Let us see to it that the devil will hold a thanksgiving service in hell, when he gets the news of our departure from the field of battle." -C.T. Studd
And what a great climb it will be if you do it with the Lord: "Yet, I am always with You. You hold on to my right hand. With Your advice You guide me, and in the end You will take me to glory. As long as I have You, I don’t need anyone else in heaven or on earth. My body and mind may waste away, but God remains the foundation of my life and my inheritance forever," Ps. 73: 23-26.
There is an inner beauty about a woman who believes in herself; who knows she is capable of anything she puts her mind to. There is beauty in the strength & determination of a woman who isn't thrown off by obstacles along the way. There is beauty about a woman whos confidence comes from experience; who knows how to fall, pick herself back up and move on.
Who will I let lead me?! Jesus. The answer is Jesus.
