Spinach Pizza Crust Gluten Free, Paleo. 2 C raw spinach, 1 egg, 1 C Kraft Italiano cheese blend. Blend spinach until smooth, add egg blend, add in cheese salt pepper. Pour unto parchment lined 12 inch pizza pan. Bake in 425 F oven 15 minutes. Done. Top with sauce and all your goodies then back into the oven until they are warm.

Great party food! 1 9 oz package of Three Cheese Tortellini ,(I used Buitoni )cooked to package directions 1 can Medium or Large pitted Black Olives 1 5.75 oz jar Green Olives 2 12 oz containers of marinated mozzarella balls(usually found near the speciality cheeses) 30 slices of Salami, cut in half 60 pieces of pepperoni 1 cup Balsamic Vinaigrette Salad Dressing
Gluten Free Quiche Part 1: The Crust adapted from the Savory Pie Crust in the Gluten Free Almond Flour Cookbook 1 1/2 cups Blanched Almond Flour 1/2 tsp Sea Salt 1/2 tsp Baking Soda 1/4 cup Grapeseed Oil 1 tbsp Water
Cheese muffins - Pao de Queijo (printable version) 1 packet (500 g) of sour starch 6 eggs 1 cup milk 3/4 cup oil 1 cup grated parmesan cheese 2 tablespoons baking powder 2 teaspoons salt Preheat oven to 350* Add the milk, eggs, sour starch, oil and salt in a blender and mix on high until it is smooth. Add the parmesan cheese and baking powder and mix until well incoorporated (about 10-15 seconds) Pour the mixture in a muffin tin, about 3/4 full. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.
