How to roast garlic: cut tops off of cloves (as in picture), place each head in one compartment on a muffin tin, pour 2 tbsp olive oil on top of each head, add fresh cracked pepper and maldon sea salt, cover lightly with aluminum foil, bake for 1 hour at 400°F. Spread on french bread or eat plain. So good and good for you.

Oven-Fried Parmesan Zucchini. Easy to make: just slice your zucchini, dip in milk (sounds weird, but it works), then dip in mixture: 1 cup breadcrumb/ 1 cup parmesan cheese/ 1 tsp garlic salt/ pinch of pepper. You can also make a dipping sauce: 1 cup sour cream, 2 tbsp mayo, 1 tsp of worcestershire sauce (add more for a kick). Enjoy!
