Cheezey Spaghetti (Paleo AND Vegan!)1 large spaghetti squash - bake at 400, 1 hr 1c + 2 T raw cashews 3/4 c vegetable broth 3 garlic cloves 2 T apple cider vinegar 3/4 c nutritional yeast 1 1/2 T dijon mustard 1/2 t onion powder salt and pepper to taste pulse cashews, then add all other ing to make sauce, toss with scooped squash.
Creamy Mustard Chicken: (serves 3-4) 1 lb chicken thighs 1/3 can coconut milk (the thicker the better) 1-2 tbsp dijon mustard (to your taste) 1 small sweet onion thinly sliced 1/2 tbsp dried tarragon 1 tbsp Coconut oil melted salt and pepper to taste. Cover tray with aluminum foil and bake in the oven at 350 for 30-50 min. Check and turn halfway through.
