My bizarre and never ceasing craving.
Ultimate Chicken Fingers- Bisquick, parmesean, garlic powder, paprika salt. Mix those ingredients together, dunk chicken tenders in some egg and into the bisquick mixture and onto a cookie sheet. Spray with Pam and bake at 450 until crispy!
Love fried chicken, and I love to make it. My Mama taught me to make it when I was a little girl. Most of the time (mostly when I remember to) I'll soak it in buttermilk before frying it. Have dishes with flour and your egg wash, coating the chicken in flour first, then the wash, back to the flour then to the preheated hot oil. I use my deep fryer, works very well. There you've got juicy, crunchy chicken :)
