Time for a snack

english muffins - super easy to make, cheaper than store bought and ten thousand times better!

Those packages of pre-sliced apples you can buy at store are great for a healthy snack on the go but the price can add up. Make your own by slicing apples, soak in cold water for 3-5 minutes, then soak in a lemon-lime carbonated soda (such as 7-up or sprite) for 3-5 minutes. Divide into snack size portions and store in Ziploc bags in the fridge. The lemon-lime soda will keep the apples from browning and make them last. Will have to try

Add 1/3 cup popcorn kernels to a brown paper bag, fold the bag over twice then heat in a microwave — folded side down — for 2 minutes. THAT’S IT! Fresh popped popcorn without any fuss, ready for you to flavor as desired or eat completely bare.

Homemade pretzel bites ~ you can make them so many ways ~ salt, garlic and cheese, brown sugar cinnamon, etc.

Pizza Bites. They are so easy to make and the seasoning on top is incredible!

Hollowed out apples filled with ice cream and carmel - and why not bake them first with cinamon and a little sugar?? Mmmmmm
