A CrossFit Workout For Beginners 12 minutes/2x's a day/5x's a week-- 5 push ups, 10 sit ups, 15 squats, 10 times. Easy enough. Good way to get started and get in habit of exercising every day.
I started walking when Aiden was a baby and still used his stroller on summer nights to get out of the house after long days. Before I knew it I was walking 5 miles a day, and lost about 15 pounds. What started out as me time became a great way to relax and lose weight! I still enjoymy walks, now we walk as a family.

Note that I said “throughout the day.” These aren’t meant to be completed all at once, though you could if you’re that fit. But feel free to do only 10 or 20 jumping jacks at a time. Just keep track of them and try to hit the goal before you go to bed."
