"OMG Chicken" Just mix Sour Cream (1/2 c) and parm cheese (1/4 c). Spread over chicken breast in a baking dish, sprinkle italian bread crumbs on top and bake for 20-30 minutes.
YUM!!! Go Greek: 5 layer Greek dip (hummus, cucumber, olives, feta, red bell pepper, dill) yum.

Fruit filled German pancakes made in muffin tins - these are really fun, but you have to make a lot *update* I made 2 1/2 batches and it fed 6 adults and 4 kids with probably a dozen leftover. Each batch does approx. 18 in a regular sized muffin tin. The triple berry sauce was delicious and it saves in the fridge for at least a month! Great as a spread on rolls as well @Influenster @dinolingo
