Tucked beneath timbers~The owner of this home asked her builder-designer for lots of windows so she could watch her horses in the fields surrounding the home. OakBridge Timber Framing obliged and, in this room, filled the space between the windows and whitewashed timbers with bookshelves, making a cozy reading nook.

There are vases of heritage roses that have been growing in the front garden — the deep pink ones have the most beautiful fragrance.
