It really used to annoy me rotten when people told me how lucky I was to have all I had. I was that lucky I spent 10 years at uni and work 15 hours a day - which I love - but there isn't a whole heap of luck involved. It would have been lucky is I spent 15 hours a day watching telly and it all arrived somehow.

Doing push ups in this position is killer for the obliques! (This is interesting, i need to definitely try it)
