Freezer -to- crockpot: almost no processed ingredients No need to cook before hand. Just add to freezer bag! I did a couple of these recipes. They turned out well and are easy--there are just some that we don't eat. But great pin, includes recipes and shopping list. I love it when people are nice enough to do all the work for me :)

Crockpot Cilantro Lime Chicken (no funky ingredients!) Low for 8hrs 1 1/2 pounds of chicken breast juice from 2 limes 1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped 1 (16 oz) bag frozen corn 2 minced garlic cloves 1/2 red onion, chopped 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed 1 tsp cumin salt and pepper to taste
28 oz jar spaghetti sauce + jar of pizza sauce. 12 oz rigatoni cooked 1 pounds of ground beef - cooked 3 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese 1/2 lb pepperoni slices sliced mushrooms - optional sliced onions - optional In a 4 quart crockpot, layer half of each ingredient in order listed then repeat again. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
