Returning to Venice in 2012

In the nineties we visited Venice every 18 months since our first visit in 1989. We always made a point to enter Venice from the sea side, architecturally the front entrance. Moving to the United States made it very hard to return on a regular basis. The last time we were in Venice was 2003. This year, we will return.

Although the exhibition closed at the Correr Museum, there is always San Lazzaro with its Armenien Monastery and Library. Definitely on my to-do-list! Learn more:

Peggy Guggenheim's Museum could be on the list, depending on the renovations schedule and the exhibitions planned.
