Mashed cauliflower "fauxtatoes". I made these for dinner tonight and they were delicious! I steamed one head of cauliflower in the microwave with 1/2 cup water for 10 minutes. Then pureed the steamed cauliflower in the food processor until smooth. I added salt, pepper, 0% Greek yogurt, garlic powder, and a couple tablespoons of parmesan cheese to taste. I didn't miss the potatoes one bit. I served these with mushroom gravy and venison back strap cutlets. So good.

Slow Cooker Lemon Garlic Chicken this was delicious! And made my house smell wonderful. I used organic chicken with Montreal steak seasoning 4 lemons and three heads of garlic. I used 2 large sprigs of rosemary.but i think i might add even more next time.i am a garlic lover so the cook garlic was soooo good def will make a again yummy light and healthy :)
