Looking Back: 1972 No Ma no seatbelts or baby seats! My how things have changed....my son was born in 1973 and he survived without a car seat or seat belt. I remember when I was discharged from the hospital the nurse handed him to me and I held him on my lap! I think car seats are a good idea but so expensive!
