9 oz vanilla Greek yogurt 8 strawberries 1/2 a ripe banana 1 tsp mini choc. chips Place 12 mini baking cups on the top of a tray.Fill each of the cups halfway with yogurt. Puree the berries and banana. Add a small spoonful to each cup so no white is showing. Add a dollop of yogurt to each cup using the last of the yogurt Sprinkle a few mini choc. chips on top of each cup. place the tray in the freezer for at least an hour Remove from freezer and allow to thaw for 10 min.

    hell yeah I want this.....the only addiction is to doing this everyday! thats what I want and am striving for, but oh hell putting myself through intentional pain that takes forever to get the reward..patience in this area I have not, but working on it!

    I agree with Rikky Pie! Lifting weights really changes the shape of your body. In a good way! Get off of the couch ladies and start lifting!

    I truly wish that one would look past the picture and just do the exercise because this is a good one. I am a trainer and the bottom line (hahaha) is that you will NEVER see results if you sit on your ass instead of working it!!!
